Feasibility study and project planning
We will analyze the proposed project or investment in order to determine its potential for success, taking into account the assessment of technical, economic, legal, operational and market feasibility of implementation.
Then we will plan the goals of the project, schedule, cost and resources needed for its implementation, taking into account risk management, quality assurance throughout the life cycle of the entire project.
Design and engineering
We will develop the specification and design, taking into account detailed drawings, diagrams and a 3D model, taking into account performance requirements, safety and other factors that will affect the final design.

Construction coordination and investor supervision
We will carry out the process of planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the investment project from concept to final acceptance and commissioning. We have qualified staff with appropriate permissions in accordance with applicable regulations.
We ensure that the construction is organized in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards, and that it is carried out within the planned time and budget. We also provide investor supervision services, ensuring the highest quality of work performed in accordance with applicable regulations and projects.
Project management
We will deal with comprehensive project management, taking into account the process of planning, organizing and supervising the investment. It includes defining project objectives, defining tasks and schedules, allocating resources and monitoring progress in terms of cost control, schedule and orders and deliveries.
We will help in the implementation of optimization of technological solutions and we will support the process of changing the so-called change management.
Procurement and supply chain management
We will carry out a comprehensive process of organizing orders and deliveries, which includes specifying needs, conducting tender procedures, selecting the optimal supplier, negotiating contracts and coordinating deliveries within the planned budget and schedule while maintaining appropriate quality.
Commissioning and commissioning support
We will support the start-up phase by verifying the correctness of the installation of technological devices and we will make their correct and safe start-up. We will prepare a plan for this as well as the necessary procedures and protocols along with tests to ensure safe and effective start-up of technological devices. Our team consists of qualified and professional members.
After the commissioning phase is completed, we will train the end users in the safe use of the installation and how to operate it. At a later stage, we will support the procedure for streamlining and optimizing the process.
